About Us
Corporate Purchasing LLC is a privately-held company, operating in the state of Texas, and founded by Annie Brown, in 2007, to provide Supply Chain & Procurement services to small to medium size Residential Builders, across the US.
With backgrounds in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, in Manufacturing and Residential Construction, we understand the pains that both the Builders and the Manufacturers experience. Our years of combined experience in the Residential Building Industry, has allowed us to foster close working relationships with Manufacturers, Distributors and Installers, all over the DFW and across the US; enabling incentives and savings through Process Improvements, between the Builders and their Suppliers.

We all know of Builders that seem to be thriving one month, and going out of business the next. And worse, sometimes they cause a chain reaction and their Trades fail, because they may have been too dependent on the other business, or if they had their product tied up in homes, and the Builders didnt pay. You hope it never happens to you, but it is happening more frequently.

Reverse Auctions are a great way to achieve “Optimal Savings”, but is not appropriate for every type of Trade or Vendor Relationship.
It works best in a “Buyers Market” where you have several Vendors knocking on your door for your business, and you can award the contract, based primarily on pricing.
Reverse Auctions can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 1 month to setup, with the majority of work tasked to Corporate Purchasing. The savings achieved can be very dramatic and when it is all over, whoever wins—wins. The winning Vendor is not a recommendation, but must be awarded the contract.

Bailey Summer Stark, 9 years old, was crowned Miss Texas Jr. Preteen last month, at the National Miss Competition held at the Intencontinental Hotel in Addison. Bailey was selected from about 100 young ladies from around the state. She won $ 1,250.00, trophies and an all expence paid trip for her and her family to California where the national pagent will be held in December.
